You will be responsible for managing orders from both Italian and international customers, overseeing the entire process: from entering orders into the management system and checking data, through to monitoring progress and liaising with production. You will also have the opportunity to interact with customers and colleagues, acting as a point of contact to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be crucial to the smooth running of the entire workflow.

We offer an initial placement as an intern, with a real opportunity to progress to an apprenticeship. You will receive ongoing training and have the chance to develop both professionally and personally, as part of a long-term project.

We are looking for someone with a diploma or degree, preferably in a technical field such as surveying, interior design or architecture, with a good knowledge of English and German. Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, the ability to work as part of a team and a practical approach to problem-solving are also important.

The person we are looking for will be integrated into the production department, supported by experienced individuals within the company to transfer all the knowledge, both traditional woodworking techniques and the use of specific machinery, including numerical control, according to the most innovative standards.
